Working Principle
The LONN‑T850 employs advanced X‑ray Fluorescence (XRF) technology to deliver precise non‑destructive testing. Its built‑in X‑ray source steadily irradiates the test sample, stimulating the emission of characteristic fluorescent photons from elements in the coating and substrate. These photons are efficiently captured by a high‑sensitivity SDD or Si‑Pin detector, which converts the optical signals into stable electrical signals. The 4096‑channel digital pulse processor then digitizes and accurately sorts these signals based on the unique energy levels of each element. Finally, the dedicated professional analytical software performs accurate spectral deconvolution to precisely calculate both coating thickness and elemental content for reliable, repeatable measurement results.
