A tuning fork density meter, aka fork density meter or vibrating fork density meter, is an industrial instrument designed to provide continuous, real-time measurement of a fluid’s density or concentration directly in a pipeline, bypass loop, or tank. The meter operates based on the principle of a vibrating element’s resonant frequency being affected by the mass (and thus density) of the surrounding fluid.

    Working Principle
