RoHS XRF Analyzer
Working Principle
This benchtop X‑ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometer leverages advanced X‑ray Fluorescence technology to provide highly accurate, non‑destructive testing performance. Its integrated X‑ray source delivers stable radiation to the test sample, exciting the emission of characteristic fluorescent photons from elements within both the coating and the substrate. These photons are effectively captured by a high‑sensitivity SDD or Si‑Pin detector, which converts optical signals into consistent electrical outputs. A 4096‑channel digital pulse processor then digitizes and precisely classifies these signals according to the unique energy signatures of individual elements. Finally, dedicated professional analytical software performs precise spectral deconvolution to accurately determine both coating thickness and elemental concentration, delivering measurement results that are dependable and highly repeatable.
