    Working Principle

    The density meter brewing is designed on the basis of the vibration principle of components. Two teeth of the tuning fork vibrates for a piezoelectric crystal located at the root of the teeth. The frequency of vibration is measured by another piezoelectric crystal. The insertion density meter stabilizes on the natural resonance frequency. The resonance frequency changes with medium quality when the medium flows through the tuning fork.
